Young Moose on Lawn

I’ve seen some very large moose and moose tracks on the property but it is nice to see some small young ones too. Though “small” and far from fully grown these moose were bigger than most deer and almost the size of horses already. They even sort of look like a cross between a deer and a horse too. The pair came out into the fields around our house, checked out my swing set and sniffed at a fire pit before heading back into the bush.
